Kim Delaney Arrested in Connection with Domestic Disturbance

Kim Delaney, renowned for her portrayal of Detective Diane Russell on the acclaimed television series NYPD Blue, has been apprehended following a domestic dispute in Marina Del Rey on Saturday morning. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that deputies responded to a call regarding a disturbance at approximately 9:45 a.m. in the 14000 block of Marquesas Way.
During their investigation, authorities arrested Delaney on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. In a parallel development, her partner, James Morgan, was charged with battery. As of Sunday evening, Delaney remains in custody, while Morgan has been released after posting bond set at $20,000.
Court Proceedings
Both individuals are scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday at the LAX Courthouse to address the charges against them, as per court records.
