From Concept to International Retail
Namdar is the founder of a candle and art brand that has achieved international reach, with products sold in 11 countries and placed in more than 300 retail locations worldwide. Among those retailers is Neiman Marcus, a milestone that underscores the brand’s ability to compete in premium consumer markets.
What distinguishes this growth story is the company’s financial foundation. According to Namdar, the brand was built without loans, lines of credit, or outside investment. Beginning as a home-based operation, the business scaled through careful planning, controlled expansion, and consistent brand positioning.
Within three years, the company transitioned from a small startup into a globally distributed product line. This experience provided Namdar with direct exposure to manufacturing coordination, international logistics, retail partnerships, and long-term brand development—skills that continue to inform his broader work as a founder.
Board-Level and Civic Involvement
In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Namdar has participated in board and advisory roles connected to nonprofit and civic organizations. From 2020 to 2022, he served on the board of the One Star Foundation, an organization focused on supporting volunteerism and strengthening nonprofit initiatives across Texas.
