With SuperCoaches, coaches retain up to 95 percent of their set rates, earning between $20 and $100 per hour based on experience. The system supports 1‑on‑1, group, or virtual coaching sessions, and profiles are enhanced with AI‑generated blurbs and videos. Furthermore, the platform provides ongoing client leads and includes $1 million liability insurance coverage for all sports sessions.
The design philosophy behind SuperCoaches is rooted in community empowerment. By improving access to tutoring and coaching, the company hopes to foster personal development and confidence in youth.
