SuperCoaches Inc. Launches Community‑First Platform To Support Youth And Coaches In Sports And Academics

SuperCoaches Inc. today announced the launch of its community‑oriented platform designed to connect families with qualified sports and academic coaches. Developed from firsthand experiences as a sports‑centered family, SuperCoaches aims to streamline the process of discovering, scheduling, payment management, and rating local tutors and coaches.
SuperCoaches was founded by Jennifer Shawgo, CEO of SuperCoaches Inc., following personal challenges encountered in securing one‑on‑one sports coaching and academic tutoring for her three athletic sons. Faced with the dual demands of school schedules and college readiness exams, the Shawgo family struggled to locate trusted professionals, organize sessions, manage payments, and ensure quality instruction. Reflecting on this experience, Jennifer Shawgo stated, “It felt like there wasn’t a single destination where parents could read reviews, schedule sessions, and pay coaches in one place—SuperCoaches changes that.”
At its core, SuperCoaches provides a secure, compliant environment. Coaches aged 18 and older undergo background checks, and sports coaches receive annual training certification. The platform includes an integrated feedback system that helps families monitor progress while offering coaches insights to refine their services.
With SuperCoaches, coaches retain up to 95 percent of their set rates, earning between $20 and $100 per hour based on experience. The system supports 1‑on‑1, group, or virtual coaching sessions, and profiles are enhanced with AI‑generated blurbs and videos. Furthermore, the platform provides ongoing client leads and includes $1 million liability insurance coverage for all sports sessions.

The design philosophy behind SuperCoaches is rooted in community empowerment. By improving access to tutoring and coaching, the company hopes to foster personal development and confidence in youth. The offering meets a wide spectrum of needs—from preparing for ACTs and schoolwork to advancing athletic ability.
For families, the platform provides an easy-to-navigate interface featuring verified coaches, transparent reviews, scheduling calendars, and secure payment gateways. No longer must parents juggle spreadsheets or multiple communication channels—SuperCoaches handles logistics end to end.
For coaches, the platform reduces friction and administrative burden. Coaches can set availability, define services, and adjust rates through an intuitive dashboard while AI-generated content helps polish their public profiles. With insurance coverage included and direct client connections, coaches can focus on delivering high-quality instruction.
